The ECE department awards several scholarships to students who have exhibited exemplary academic performance, participated in community service (both on- and off-campus), and demonstrated economic need. ECE department undergraduate scholarships are made possible by the generous contributions of our donors. Some scholarships offered through this program are need-based. Scholarship process
Scholarships are awarded for the following academic year (2026-2027) from the date of your application. ECE scholarships are awarded only in the fall semester. ECE scholarship undergraduate applications open early in the spring semester and close 3-4 weeks after the deadline. Students awarded scholarships will be notified by the end of the spring semester. Scholarship recipients must submit a thank-you letter for funds to be disbursed. The student must notify the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships of their scholarships.
Students on academic probation are ineligible to receive scholarships.

The 2026-2027 ECE Department undergraduate scholarships are awarded in the Fall 2026 semester. If you graduate in the spring or summer of 2026, you are ineligible to apply.
