Noted cybersecurity technology corporation Systems & Technology Research (STR) will visit the University of Florida campus on Thursday, Oct. 3, providing an opportunity for students to learn more about the company and employment opportunities there. STR representatives will present details about their company values of impact, craftsmanship, and teamwork, while describing details about some of the work done at STR. Students in attendance will see an example of an STR program that is contributing to strengthening the nation’s digital health infrastructure to protect against cyberattacks.
STR representatives will also host a panel discussion featuring two UF alumni, who will share details about life as an STR intern, as well as details about a recent project, ‘Hardware Pin Characterization and Hardware In The Loop Testing.’ Students will learn more about topics such as hardware PCB design, hardware pin characterization, and hardware in the loop testing at this in-person event.
