Scott Morrison specializes in Design Verification (DV) of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor chips at Texas Instruments in Dallas. He presents “The Future of Verifying Complex Analog and Mixed-Signal Semiconductor Chips” Thursday, Sept. 16 at 1:00pm via Zoom.

We regret to announce that ECE Professor Emeritus Don Childers passed away Sept. 29. He started at UF in 1965, served as interim chair of the department in 1977, and retired in 1996.

Three ECE alumni were recently honored as part of the 2020 class of the Gator100, recognizing and celebrating the 100 fastest-growing Gator-owned or Gator-led businesses in the world each year.

Since winning the first-ever Dell EMC AI challenge, the 4 team members have moved on to great success.

A realized bequest from UF alumnus Dr. Leonard Adams and his wife Rachel has established a $500,000 fund, the Leonard and Rachel Adams Fellowship in Memory of Ann Adams Reeder.
