Current research includes:

  • VLSI design
  • co-packaged photonic circuits for AI acceleration and reconfigurable computing 
  • acoustic sensing in harsh environments
  • microwave device and interconnect modeling
  • IC test, and modeling of materials,components and circuits for high-frequency power electronics
