Dr. Ivan Ruchkin is an assistant professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Florida, where he leads the Trustworthy Engineered Autonomy (TEA) Lab. ECE Assistant Professor Jie Fu is part of a research project sponsored by the Army Research Laboratory under Cooperative Agreement W911NF-22-2-0233 between Raytheon BBN and ARL with support from the University of Florida. The broader project will develop novel research results focusing on robots’ formation tracking and waypoint design at both individual and team levels.

ECE Associate Professor Sanjeev Koppal was recently selected as an Amazon Scholar. He’ll work with Amazon to create better cameras and better algorithms for their robots.

Nikolaos P. Papanikolopoulos (IEEE Fellow) is a McKnight Presidential Endowed Professor and a Distinguished McKnight University Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Minnesota and Director of the Center for Distributed Robotics and SECTTRA.
