Novel Peer-to-Peer Car Charging System Proposes to Automate, Mobilize EV Charging
May 1, 2020A novel system proposed by the Warren B. Nelms Institute for the Connected World aims to combine cloud computing, 5G connectivity, machine learning, and automotive automation systems to create what they call Peer-to-Peer Car Charging.

Two ECE Advisors Are Also Innovators
April 30, 2020ECE Florida’s two undergraduate advisors, Nicole Young and Chip Johnson, have been awarded the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering 2019-20 Staff Innovation Award. Nicole and Chip are the undergraduate Electrical Engineering (EE) and Computer Engineering (CpE) advisors, respectively.
