Hyland’s OnBase software is the university’s new online document management system. OnBase provides a secure, central location for important business files like payroll, fiscal and student records. This easy-to-use system manages all information in a central location where documents are maintained under departmental control, providing full access to materials while remaining compliant with acceptable retention policies maintained at UF.
Faculty access to OnBase (appoint, review, terminate etc.) Note: To utilize the online portal, you will need security role: UF_N_ECE_FAC_PROX_IMAG_UPDATE.
