Dr. Yiannis Ampatzidis is an associate professor in the Agricultural and Biological Engineering Department of the University of Florida. He’ll present “Advancing Sustainability in Agriculture with AI-Driven Robotic Technologies” on Friday, Feb. 14 at 2:00 pm via Zoom.

Dr. Can Wu is currently a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University. He presents “THINK BIG! Emerging Large-Area Electronics for Large-Scale System Integration” on Monday, Jan. 27 at 1:00pm in MALA 5050.

Dr. Tony Geng is an assistant professor in the ECE and CS departments of the University of Rochester. He presents “Forging the Pathways towards Truly Efficient AI—From Extending to Beyond Moore’s Law” Thursday, Jan. 23 at 1:00pm in MALA 5050.

Jaume Segura is a professor at the University of the Balearic Islands where he leads the Electronic Systems Group. He presents “European Reaction to the Chips Shortage: The EU Chips Act” Tuesday, Jan. 21 at Noon in MALA 5050.

Dr. Michael Y. Frankel is a Ciena Fellow and until recently was senior director of network technologies at Ciena. He presents “Digital Twin Technology Applied to Future Communication Network Design” Friday, Jan. 10 at 11:00am in MALA 5050.

Dr. Chet Lenox is Fellow and VP of the Industry and Customer Collaboration (ICC) Team at KLA. Bryan Crawford is the KLA Nanoindenter Product Marketing Manager. They both present on Friday, Nov. 8 beginning at 11:45am in MALA 7200.

Silvia Ferrari is the John Brancaccio Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Cornell University and associate dean for cross-campus engineering research at Cornell Tech. She’ll present “Information-driven Robot Planning and Control” Thursday, Nov. 21 at 2:00pm in the NVIDIA Auditorium in Malachowsky Hall.

Dr. Kan Li is a research scientist at the University of Florida. He presents “Kernel Operator-Theoretic Bayesian Filter for Nonlinear Dynamical Systems” Thursday, Nov. 7 at 1:00pm in MALA 5050.

Luqiao Liu is an associate professor of electrical engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He presents “Controllable Antiferromagnetic Spintronics” Thursday, Oct. 31 at 1:00pm in MALA 5050.
